Terms of use
The short version: you are buying a personal licence to watch the course and use the tools. Teach it to a group all you like — just don't resell it or post it publicly.

What you are buying
A single-person licence to Freed to Go: nine recorded video sessions, the participant workbook, the quizzes, the facilitator guides, and the calculators and tools on this site. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and access does not expire.
Session 1 and every calculator are free to use without buying anything.
Teaching it to a group
You may use the course to teach a group in person — a class, a small group, a ministry, a family. That is what the facilitator guides exist for, and you do not need a separate licence to stand in front of a room and teach it.
Each learner who wants their own sign-in, quiz history and end-of-course scenario needs their own licence. Group rates exist for exactly this; see the pricing page.
What you may not do
Re-upload, mirror or publicly post the videos or written material; resell or sublicense it; strip it for parts into another paid product; or share your sign-in so others can avoid buying. Screenshots and short quotes for the purpose of recommending the course are fine and welcome.
This is education, not advice
Everything here is general educational material — arithmetic, definitions and worked examples. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and no adviser-client relationship is created by buying it.
Figures shown on this site are drawn from public sources and are dated where they appear. They move. Before making a decision that matters, check the current number yourself and speak to a licensed professional about your own situation.
No commissions, no products
We do not sell financial products, take referral fees from lenders, insurers or brokerages, or run affiliate links. The course costs what it costs, and that is the whole business model.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site up and the numbers current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be corrected, expanded or re-recorded over time; buyers get those updates at no extra cost.
If these terms change materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the course is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for financial decisions you make, whether or not they were informed by this material.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
